By accessing this website, reading this page, enrolling in a program, or making any payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms and Conditions of Service.

These Terms govern all English training services, JFLT preparation programs, subscriptions, digital content, and lessons provided by our company (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using our website or services, you agree to be bound by all sections below.

1. Nature of Services

We operate solely as a private English training and preparation centre.
We are not an official JFLT testing body, government institution, or certified examiner.

We assist students in preparing for language assessments, but we do not guarantee exam outcomes, promotion eligibility, deployment opportunities, or career results.

2. Eligibility / Who May Use the Website

To use our website or purchase services, you confirm that:

  • You are 18 years or older

  • You provide accurate information during registration

  • You have the legal authority to enter into a contract

  • You are using your own payment method or have authorization to use one

  • You will not use our website for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes

We may deny or suspend service to anyone who violates these conditions.

3. Program Duration and Expiry

All plans, subscriptions, and lesson packages are valid for one month from the date of activation.

At the end of the active month:

  • Unused lessons expire automatically

  • There are no rollovers into the next month

  • Unused lessons cannot be refunded, transferred, rescheduled, or credited

  • No exceptions are made

You are responsible for attending within the program period.

4. Scheduling and Strict No-Rescheduling Policy

We do not offer rescheduling for lessons, regardless of the reason.

This includes:

  • Work schedule changes

  • Duty rotations

  • Travel

  • Personal emergencies

  • Illness (unless incapacitated with documentation)

  • Technical problems

  • Forgetting the lesson

  • Double-booking

  • Any last-minute conflicts

If you cannot attend a lesson, you may:

  1. Join the next available live session, or

  2. Receive a video recording of the missed lesson (where applicable)

A missed lesson is considered delivered in full.

5. Payments and Billing

All services must be paid in full before training begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You agree that:

  • Payments are made in EUR

  • Pricing may include IVA/VAT where applicable

  • Payment disputes or chargebacks may result in legal recovery of the owed amount plus costs

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for non-payment.

6. Refund Policy

Our refund policy is strict.

6.1 No Refunds for Unused Lessons

Unused lessons or expired plans are not refundable, under any circumstances.

6.2 Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only considered if the student is:

  • Medically incapacitated (must provide official documentation), or

  • Experiencing a serious documented emergency that prevents further participation

We may request additional documentation if needed.

6.3 Refund Amount

Approved refunds apply only to the portion of the program not yet delivered.
An administrative fee may be deducted.

No other form of refund, credit, extension, or compensation is provided.

7. Teacher Cancellations

If we must cancel a lesson, it will be:

  • Rescheduled, or

  • Credited to your account

This is the only situation in which rescheduling applies.

8. Lesson Recordings and Intellectual Property

All recordings, materials, worksheets, presentations, videos, and course content remain our intellectual property.

You agree that:

  • Only the teacher may record lessons

  • Recordings are for personal study use only

  • You may not share, publish, upload, reproduce, distribute, or modify our materials or recordings

  • Any violation may result in termination without refund and possible legal action

All content on the website, including text, graphics, logos, and resources, is protected by copyright.

9. Technology Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring:

  • A stable internet connection

  • A functioning device

  • Working audio and video

  • Access to required platforms (Zoom, Meet, etc.)

Technical issues on your side do not qualify for refunds, credits, or rescheduling.

10. User Conduct

You agree to behave professionally and respectfully.
We may suspend or terminate access, without refund, if you engage in:

  • Abusive or threatening behaviour

  • Harassment

  • Disruption of lessons

  • Misuse of materials

  • Any violation of these Terms

Suspension or termination may occur without further notice.

11. Website Owner’s Right to Modify Services

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue any part of our service

  • Update program content

  • Change pricing

  • Adjust schedules

  • Update policies

Changes may occur at any time, without prior notice.

12. Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the website or lessons if:

  • You violate any Terms

  • You engage in misconduct

  • You fail to pay

  • You misuse recordings or materials

  • You attempt fraud, chargebacks, or abuse of the service

Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

13. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website or lessons may involve third-party platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, Calendly, etc.).

We are not responsible for:

  • The performance of third-party services

  • Third-party terms or privacy practices

  • External website content

You use these tools at your own risk.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

All services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

  • Any specific exam results

  • Language level achievement

  • Promotion eligibility

  • Career advancement

  • Uninterrupted or error-free access

  • That lessons will meet personal expectations

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Exam outcomes

  • Missed lessons

  • Personal scheduling conflicts

  • Technical issues on your device

  • Loss of income, career impact, or missed promotions

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability is limited strictly to the amount you paid for the service.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the service

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your misuse of materials or recordings

  • Any breach of contract

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy.
Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts of your region (you can specify).

18. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections remain fully valid and enforceable.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the full and complete agreement between you and our company.
They replace any prior agreements, discussions, communications, or understandings.

20. Consent to Electronic Communications

By using our service, you consent to receiving communications electronically through:

  • Email

  • WhatsApp

  • SMS

  • Website notices

Electronic communication satisfies any legal requirement for written communication.

21. Acceptance of Terms
